We work hard to get your spices to you quickly! Here’s a breakdown of our processing times:

• Orders placed by NOON India time ship within 3 business days (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after NOON India time ship within 4 business days (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed on holidays or weekends may take an additional 4 business days to process.

In rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances, these processing times may be extended. We’ll notify you if there’s a delay with your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We use trusted courier partnersto deliver your Shaahi Niti order. You can track your shipment details and courier information by logging into your account. 

Delivery Requirements

While a signature might not always be required, please ensure someone is available to receive your package at the delivery address. If no one is available, the courier may leave the package at their discretion.

Standard Shipping Cost

A standard shipping cost of Rs. 30 applies for every 500 gms of packaged product. Any special handling fees will be reflected at checkout. This cost will be subject to change without any pior notice.

Returns and Undelivered Packages

For information on our Return Policy, please visit our dedicated Return Policy page. In the case of a returned package due to any reason, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
